Mirror, Mirror
Mirror, mirror on the wall,
Who's the fairest of them all?
I never cared for anything else
Then to just look at myself,
and wonder where I went wrong.
I've been staring for so long
For this endless cycle of my pain
That I feel over and over again.
I'll never be good enough
I'll never again be that tough,
To survive the torture that I brought
The words inside do haunt
Mirror, you lie to me every day
With the ugly words you never say
You just stare back with empty eyes
While I wither there and slowly cry.
The coldness seeps into my skin
Oh how I longed to be that thin
To rid myself of the blemishes and scars
Points of my life where I had gone too far
I close my eyes, an tear falls
And somewhere in the darkness, a voice calls
I turn my back on the Mirror, she lies
Nothing matters, as I start to cry.
